Turkuaz is our passion to cook the best lokum in London with a simple recipe of sugar, water and starch, proven to be one of the best tastes and textures in confectionery for more than two centuries.

It was an obvious choice to call our mouth/throat calming delight “Turkuaz” which as a colour, was traditionally used for its calming effect back in the ages.

With all natural flavourings and savours from all around the world we cook a wide variety of lokum. We cook Rose Delight when roses are harvested in Isparta, we cook “Apple Delight” throughout the year when apples are harvested all around the UK. When its summer its berries when its winter it is oranges and lemons.

Our “Double Roasted Delight” lokums are merely vessels for bringing you the top quality pistachios in amounts you won’t find anywhere.
